Fajita & Taco Pibil Cooking Sauce in a Can 330g

The Fajita and Taco Sauce is a delicious Mexican Pibil Sauce with Roasted Chillies and Mexican Achiote Paste. Traditional Mexican Pibil is slow cooked, highly flavoured, pulled meat, traditionally served with fajitas and tacos. Comes in a 100% recyclable "beer" can with a fully removable lid. 

Make it traditional by sealing 400g of diced pork in a casserole dish and adding 330g of Potts' Pibil sauce, cover with foil and then the casserole lid. Oven cook at 150°C for 1.5-2 hours until meat is cooked and breaks apart when pressed with a fork. Serve on soft corn tacos with pickled red onion, jalapenos or your favourite Mexican condiments. 

Make it vegan by stir frying red pepper and 300g of pulled style soya protein and cooking for 5 minutes. Add 330g of Potts' Pibil sauce and gently bring to a simmer. Simmer until cooked and piping hot (approximately 5 minutes). Use for Tacos or Fajitas with your favourite Mexican salsas and condiments.
