This delicious French classic combines the aniseedy richness of tarragon and chervil with savoury shallots in a creamy sauce. A traditional partner for a good steak, but great with roasted vegetables or even to make a fabulous potato salad. Now available in a single portion serving.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Butter (Milk), Milk, Double Cream (6%) (Milk), Shallots (6%), White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Cornflour, Herbs (Tarragon, Chervil) (2.6%), Sugar, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Salt.
