Patatas Bravas
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 Bottle of Potts' Pimenton Spiced Bravas Sauce
- 1 jar of Alioli with Lemon Zest and Chilli
- 400g of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tsp of salt
Method
- Dice potatoes into 2cm cubes
- Place in roasting dish and coat with oil and salt
- Cook in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 40mins
- Pour over Potts Pimenton Spiced Bravas Sauce and Potts Alioli with Lemon Zest and Chilli and serve.
