Beef & Burgundy Jus 250g

Potts' Beef and Burgundy Jus is a delicious rich sauce, made with beef stock and red wine, thickened to coat roast beef. Superb when served with roasted beef or a grilled steak, but also great with beef olives, lamb shanks or served alongside a beef wellington.

INGREDIENTS: Beef Stock (81%) (Water, Beef Stock Base (Beef Stock, Water, Yeast Extract, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Beef Fat)), Burgundy Red Wine (13%) (Sulphites), Cornflour, Sugar, Salt, Acidity Regulator; Lactic Acid.
